We make every effort to display our products, colours, and details as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, and lighting conditions.
Due to the nature of silk and hand-finished details such as hand-rolled edges, slight variations in colour, texture, finish, and size may occur. These variations are a natural part of the product and are not considered defects.
Care instructions may be provided with your product and should be followed to help preserve its quality over time.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the website are shown in CAD unless otherwise stated.
We accept the following payment methods:

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been placed.
In the event of a pricing error, product information error, or technical issue affecting an order, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Order Acceptance and Cancellations
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email does not guarantee final acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, billing issues, or technical errors.
We process and ship orders quickly and therefore cannot guarantee cancellations or order changes.
If you need to request a cancellation or change, please contact hello@farvenne.com as soon as possible with your order number and request, and we will do our best to accommodate.
5. Shipping
We currently ship to Canada and the United States from Ontario, Canada.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

6. Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
We do not offer exchanges.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions set out in our Return Policy.

All content on this website, including but not limited to product designs, illustrations, graphics, logos, photographs, text, and branding, is the property of farvenne and may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
