Refund policy

We hope you love your order. If not, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • the item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
  • the item must be unused and in original condition
  • the item must be returned with its original packaging
  • prior authorization is required for all returns

2. Return Shipping and Fees

Return shipping costs for eligible returns are covered by farvenne.

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee is waived if you choose store credit instead of a refund to your original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • gift cards
  • custom or personalized items
  • worn, used, washed, or damaged items not caused by us
  • items not returned in their original packaging
  • items marked Final Sale

During sale periods, products remain eligible under our standard return policy unless marked Final Sale.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If there is an issue with the item you received, please email hello@farvenne.com within 3 days of delivery and include clear images of the issue so we can assist.

If an item is confirmed to be incorrect or defective, return fees will be waived.

Defective items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your return label in order to be eligible for a refund.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus the applicable 5% restocking fee, unless you choose store credit.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
