1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Canada and the United States.
2. Order Processing
We do our best to ship all orders within 2 business days.
Please note that processing times may be longer during launches, promotions, holidays, or other high-volume periods.
3. Preorder Items
We offer both in-stock and preorder items.
If your order includes both in-stock and preorder items, your order will be fulfilled together once the preorder item becomes available.
If you would like your items to ship separately, please contact us at hello@farvenne.com and we will do our best to accommodate. Additional shipping charges may apply for split shipments.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
We offer free shipping on orders over $120 CAD.
5. Delivery Estimates
All shipping timeframes shown on our website are estimates only.
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control. Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped to Canada and the United States, applicable duties are covered where applicable. Any sales tax charged at checkout will be shown before purchase.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

8. Returned, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect it, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost, any return shipping cost, customs charges if applicable, before the order can be refunded.
9. Lost or Delayed Parcels
